Welcome to Leemos! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Leemos grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
You are responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Leemos reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Leemos and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use of such materials is prohibited.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leemos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
